Support Overview

We are committed to providing our partners with world-class technical support for our software solutions. There are several support options to assist you:

Self-service Portal

The Self-service Portal provides you with access to our knowledge base and allows you to submit and track support requests online. Click here to login if you have been assigned a user name and a password.

Submit a ticket

If you have a feature suggestion or a general support question, you may use our online form to submit a ticket.

SafetyNet

If you are going to a customer site and would like a named support specialist to standby to assist you, you may use our SafetyNet program to schedule an appointment. This support program is only available to solution providers at the Gold partner level with a valid Lanamark Support Incident Pack. Click here to learn more.

Telephone Support

Our telephone support is available between 9:00 am and 9:00 pm EST, Monday to Friday. You may contact Lanamark Support at (416) 342-1960 ext. 2 if you have a valid Lanamark Support Incident Pack.
