Overview

Lanamark Portal allows you to manage customer accounts, sales opportunities and projects online. Using the Lanamark Portal, you can also administer sales and technical teams, manage service delivery templates (Accelerators) and acquire licenses.

Accelerators (service delivery templates)	Accelerators allow you to maximize efficiency, quality and consistency of services by templatizing project, data collection, analysis, reporting and solution design settings for each service.
Role-based Access	Each user can be assigned to one of the following roles: Administrator, Technical Manager, Consultant, Sales Manager, Sales Representative
Customer Privacy Protection	To protect sensitive data about desktops and servers, customer data are stored in secure snapshots that can only be unlocked and analyzed by the solution provider delivering services.
Projects, Opportunities and Accounts	Bridge the gap between sales and services by managing customer accounts, sales opportunties and projects holistically.
